Welcome to the website of St Paul’s British Primary
School!
St Paul’s British Primary is a small school
which specialises in the education of children from
the age of two years 6 months. We enjoy a rural setting
in the beautiful Commune of Tervuren. The area offers
many opportunities for families and is a popular centre
for expatriates choosing to make Brussels their home.
We offer a full UK curriculum enhanced to take account
of the many international dimensions of our school and
wider community.
We provide a secure, caring environment for children
whether adjusting to relocation or starting school for
the first time.
Our highly experienced staff and small class sizes
ensure individual attention, excellence in teaching
and enjoyment of learning. Children benefit from specialist
teachers in French, music, P.E and library skills. We
combine high standards with a broad and rich curriculum.
Our bright, active learning environment encourages
children to explore, experiment and build confidence.
Children quickly identify themselves as enthusiastic
and effective learners, developing their unique skills
and talents within a framework of strong, caring values.
We have a close association with St
Paul’s Anglican Church, Tervuren, which strongly
supports the aim of the school to provide the best possible
start in life. We welcome children of all nationalities,
cultures and faiths.
We would be delighted to show you around and share
with you the welcoming atmosphere and positive ethos
which makes our so special.
Please telephone us or use the contact page to arrange
a visit. I would be delighted to meet you and welcome
you to our school.
Katie Tyrie
Headteacher.
